FAQ

Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order was received. Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email. 

For orders in the US or Canada over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 will calculate shipping at checkout.

We have a 30 day no questions asked full refund for all unused products. We provide a refund of your purchase price, exchange for other merchandise or a store credit, whichever you prefer.

Simply send us an email at Getnhookdlures@shaw.ca stating which items you would like to return and we will handle the rest!

If an order has not yet been processed, we can sometimes combine them. Please call or email to see if we can combine your orders.
